Volunteering at AWARE
Volunteers are at the center of AWARE's work. Our animal care staff focuses on training and supervising a team of more than 100 weekly volunteers who, in turn, perform the vast majority of the cleaning, feeding, and medicating of our patients. If you want to learn about rehab and work directly with wild animals in a hands-on capacity, volunteering at AWARE is for you.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old or 16 with parent/guardian permission. No experience is required. Click below to learn more!
